Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Description
Workshop labour for e-scooter, e-bike and personal mobility repairs, servicing and part fitting. Labour is charged in 6-minute intervals at $150 per hour, so you only pay for the time your job actually takes.
How it works
- 6 minutes: $15, for quick jobs like adjustments and small fittings
- 30 minutes: $75, for typical part swaps and brake or tyre work
- 1 hour: $150, for bigger repairs and installations
